20% cancellation fee for no shows or cancellations not done within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS! ALL PACKAGES PURCHASED MUST BE REDEEMED NO LATER THAN 6 MONTHS OF PURCHASE UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. PACKAGES CANNOT BE CHANGED OR COMBINED.
